My husband and I are welcomed into Santa Fe Southwest Grill by an outgoing hostess with a bright smile. She quickly seats us in a comfortable booth, and we get settled in. The restaurant is buzzing with conversation and upbeat energy. Our waitress visits our booth soon after we sit down, she is kind and professional, and is sure to give us her undivided attention. Being locals, and regulars at Santa Fe, we already know exactly what we want, so we waste no time before ordering. We request an appetizer, our personal favorite, Mexican Egg Rolls. A few minutes later they are served. Efficient and friendly service, just how we like it.

I sip my margarita as my husband and I think back to last spring. Our one-year wedding anniversary is quickly approaching, and Santa Fe was an important part of our wedding day. After our ceremony, we brought our family and friends to the highly regarded restaurant to celebrate.
